Project Management

CIM has developed a project management approach of its own. As the owner’s representative, CIM has taken charge of the management and administration of numerous construction projects. These assignments have been carried out by experienced managers who have been able to call upon the expertise of the firm’s other experts, as needed.

The responsibilities assumed by our project managers include the supervision of professionals, planning of work required in collaboration with professionals, quality control of plans and methodologies, links with internal and external resources (health care and social service agencies, governmental departments, health and safety officials, etc.), management of related works and service interruptions, cost control, progress and quality control and management of construction and professional service contracts.
