With a graduate degree in innovation management, a bachelor of mechanical engineering with a specialization in buildings and a diploma of collegial studies in maintenance analysis, Christian Martin has been a consultant since 1997. He has completed assignments in project, risk and maintenance management and in training, having acquired a variety of skills in the public and private sectors. Since 2003, he has added the management of complex projects, such as the creation of a multiparty research center, to his areas of expertise.
Since arriving at CIM, Mr Martin has completed several assignments involving maintenance process and project analysis, and the prioritization of plans to maintain assets classified based on risk and electronic security. He has also completed interim assignments in the technical services department.
Using Japanese management methods, coupled with solid technical expertise, Mr Martin can manage the implementation of new technologies, new products and advanced management methods to help companies take on new market shares and improve their performance.
