Claire Jolicoeur has been involved in management consulting in the health and social service sector since 1989. She has conducted and supervised many mandates, mainly in the health and social service sector, but also in the municipal and education sectors.
Her professional activities have allowed her to work on a variety of engagements, such as strategic planning, business process redesign, project management or information and technology resource planning. She has also conducted several feasibility and profitability studies, particularly related to the implementation of new technologies. On the project to build the new CHUM, Ms. Jolicoeur played an active role in planning technologies and support services and developing directions for clinical and administrative applications besides leading the telehealth work group.
A skilled communicator and very focused on customer satisfaction, she effectively leverages her analytic and creative talents to identify solutions to complex problems.
