Denis Dufour, B. tech., SSGB

With a bachelor of mechanics from École de technologie supérieure, Mr. Dufour has close to 25 years of experience in technical services.
Until very recently, Mr. Dufour was a senior consultant concerning the management of energy efficiency projects at Ecosystem. From 2005 to 2010, he was director of technical services at CSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île. Before that, he was the site coordinator for two large Montreal hospitals, that is, Montreal General Hospital and Montreal Children’s Hospital. He also implemented a computer assisted maintenance management (CAMM) system at Hôpital Sainte-Justine.
Mr. Dufour has been a department head for major real estate complexes. His building management knowledge resulted in his managing 14 industrial buildings and office buildings such as Quebecor and Place Ville-Marie.
Mr. Dufour has developed asset maintenance plans and quarterly investment plans during his career. He has also conducted energy analyses to optimize operations in a variety of buildings.
