Mr François Sarrasin has over 20 years of consulting experience. He has a bachelor of economics and a master of demographics. At CIM, he is responsible for demographic, epidemiological and socioeconomic analyses.
He is also responsible for clientele and activity volume studies for health and social service institutions and, as such, is involved in the great majority of the company’s mandates affecting, especially, projects involving reconfiguration and transformation of the network, performance studies concerning service delivery and customer profile forecasts for institutions.
In the past few years, Mr Sarrasin’s main assignments have been SICHUM projects, such as the definition of 2010 customer volumes for CHUM, CHUS and RUIS Sherbrooke; the impacts of the new RUIS territoriality on CHUS, the Laurentides, Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec agencies; optimal configuration of the network and several CSSS, including Laval, de Lanaudière Sud et Nord, and de l’Ouest-de-l’Île; and clinical programs and customer and performance profiles for various programs.
Mr Sarrasin is an active member of various associations of demographers, epidemiologists and health and social service managers. Those associations monitor and watch for benchmarking and performance best practices elsewhere in Canada and around the world.
