With a bachelor’s of business administration degree majoring in accounting, Jean-François Cloutier is a professional and senior manager with more than 30 years experience in management consulting and in management and strategic corporate positioning. His consulting experience consist mainly of the administrative performance of organizations and the strategic and optimization of information technologies. He joined the CIM team to make use of his diversified experience in the realization of various projects.
Mr. Cloutier’s main strengths stem from his experience in the diagnosis, reengineering and simplification of management processes, his extensive experience in installing financial, facilities management, and supply software packages, procurement and other types of software, his knowledge of the financial, public and parapublic communities and his analytical and communications skills.
He is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.
