Johanne Lucie Côté has a master of public administration and a bachelor of nursing. Since becoming a consultant, her expertise has been in demand to conduct clinical projects, mandates to design new methods of work organization and operation, performance studies, strategic plans and organizational diagnostics. She has also participated in many projects involving property master plans and been assigned to projects related to the healthcare, safety and well being of workers at the MSSS, IUCJQ and RAMQ.
She has considerable experience in clinical or management positions, which she gained in diverse organizations (Agence-12 and MSSS) and health and social service network institutions (CSSS and CH). She is known for her excellent ability at strategic reading and her expertise in the specific context of organizations.
For several years, she was a member of Université Laval’s Faculty of Nursing office, besides being a clinical lecturer for third year student interns in surgery and orthopedics.
She participated in two international missions concerning management practices and trained all middle and senior executives for an organization in change and conflict management.
