Mario St-Cyr, Eng., MPM, SSGB

An industrial engineering graduate, Mario St-Cyr has a master of project management from Université du Québec à Montréal. As assistant to the director of technical services from 1980 to 1985, he managed all construction work on Hôpital Sainte-Justine in Montreal, where he chaired the strategic management committee and was also responsible for office planning (PDI) and allocation. He then took over the direction of technical services for two hospitals overseas (Abidjan and Tunis). In 1986, he set up a team of capital assets consultants for the firm CGO Inc.
His training and the multidisciplinary aspect of his professional achievements have given him an excellent understanding of planning and strategic and operational management. He has taken part in many hundreds of assignments, such as the development of functional and technical programs and master property plans, project development, cost analysis, property management, etc. for various categories of clients in Quebec and abroad.
For more than 12 years now, Mr. St-Cyr has been the president and CEO of CIM, which currently employs close to 120 consultants. He also continues to participate in and even direct several strategic affairs.
