Paul Piché, MBA
Consulting Administrator
Paul Piché has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA. He has worked in the healthcare network for more than 35 years.
As a manager, Mr Piché has gained a wide variety of experience having held different positions in a variety of institutions in the healthcare network. Among others, he was director of technical services then internal auditor at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, managing director of a private short term care institution (220 beds) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire during the implementation and management of operations for two years, and director of hospital services at Hôpital Laval de Québec, a designated university cardiology and pneumology institute for Eastern Quebec.
In the consulting field, Mr Piché worked for CGO Inc. as a senior consultant and associate for three years and then joined CIM in March 1998 as senior director and associate, becoming vice-president of the Quebec City office in May 2003.
He has many achievements in management and property consulting services. He has to his credit several mandates involving organizational diagnostics, feasibility studies concerning the merger of institutions, restructuring, development or regrouping of some institutional services: procurement, fixed assets, staffing, diagnostic and maintenance services, to name just a few.
