Raymond Harvey is a partner at CIM and one of its founding members. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an MBA from HEC Montreal. He has worked in management for more than 20 years, managing major expansion and renovation projects for public and private institutions. He has specialized experience in real estate planning, project management, project control, facilities management, installation performance analysis as well as in finance. He has participated in the analysis of the operational performance pertaining to many types of structures, including hospitals, office buildings and industrial installations.
Mr. Harvey has sound knowledge of the healthcare network, having executed and supervised numerous projects in this sector. Between 1984 and 1988, Mr. Harvey worked at Hôpital Ste-Justine and was in charge of planning and managing the establishment’s construction projects. In addition, he managed a major expansion and renovation project at a Montreal-based hospital.
Mr. Harvey is recognized for his extensive knowledge of planning and facilities management, as well as for the rigor and quality in his activities.
