The CIM consulting team began its outstanding record of achievements in 1986, as part of the CGO Group. After becoming independent in January 1998, CIM’s initial group of fifteen real estate consultants quickly expanded. 

In January 2000, the CIM team was joined by the consultants from Secor’s health division. Since then, its resources have become continuously enriched and diversified and now consist of more than a hundred specialized consultants.

The integration of new consultants has contributed to the growth of the company and the development of expertise in other areas, particularly management, IT as well as logistics and financial performance.

CIM has also expanded its scope of activities to include the institutional, educational and municipal sectors, as well as the commercial and industrial private sector, along with its continued involvement within the health and social services network. 

Its desire to succeed combined with the professionalism of its collaborators, CIM has successfully completed more than 2,000 mandates since 1998. 

To meet local demands and better serve the eastern part of the province, a Quebec City office was established in 2003.
