Holder of a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture, project control and management option, from the Université de Montréal, Dominique Spickler has over ten years of experience as a project manager. LEED BD+C certified professional and perfectly bilingual, she also holds the title of Project Manager Professional (PMP).

Mrs. Spickler started her career at Provencher Roy architectes, where she acquired, over the years and projects for various clients, solid skills in all phases of architectural projects. Since 2007, she has been working as a programmer on behalf of the client for the development of the functional and technical program (FTP) of the new Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM). This first experience has shaped her professional career by allowing her to develop a great expertise in programming and real estate planning.

Quickly, Mrs. Spickler became project manager for a considerable number of mandates during which she developed strong project management skills, and this, mainly on studies and planning projects. She also had the privilege of working directly with many clients on different stimulating and large-scale projects, particularly in the health care sector. Within the framework of the realization of recent major projects, she has been called upon to exercise her skills in animation, consultation and mobilization.

Mrs. Spickler joined CIM Conseil in November 2016 as senior director for the real estate planning. In all the mandates entrusted to her, she acts as the main pillar of the project by accompanying the client throughout the planning process of his real estate assets, essential to a full realization of his mission. She ensures that the client is fully satisfied with the professional services provided.
