Holder of a bachelor’s in architecture from the Université Laval, and a Diploma in Cultural Resource Management from the University of Victoria (BC), France Cliche also holds a graduate degree in human resources management and organizational change from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She has been working in the field of real estate planning for over 25 years and has been implicated in projects in the health, education and institutional administrative spaces, cultural and heritage conservation sectors. She has also acted as social economy organization director.

Mrs. Cliche joined the ranks of CIM Conseil in January 2019. As senior director for the real estate planning, she coordinates the team’s efforts and actively participates in various real estate planning mandates in several institutional sectors.
