Jean-François Cloutier started his career as auditor with a prestigious chartered accounting firm. His concern and interest for the administrative performance of organizations led him to direct his career towards consulting, where he has worked for close to 18 years. In 1997, he joins the ranks of SIBN (subsidiary of Banque Nationale) as vice-president management consulting services, responsible of a multidisciplinary team in consulting specializing in performance improvement and implementation of SAP’s R\3 software package. 

In the fall of 2000, after a short stay at Cognicase following the sale of the SIBN, he redirects his efforts in the start-up of a new organization, specialized in the delivery of e-commerce solutions for businesses, for the National Bank. In the fall of 2005, he joins the ranks of CIM Conseil, where he acts as vice-president responsible for the financial performance and logistics sector and, since 2018 as vice-president of business development.
