A first in-person event for CIM Conseil

During the weekend of October 1st to 3rd, three members of the Performance improvement team represented CIM Conseil at the annual “Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec (CTAQ)” convention at Fairmont Tremblant.

David Rioux, Vincent Paquette and Benoit Brault presented the results of a study on success factors in the food processing industry and their impacts, realized by CIM Conseil and the HEC’s Consultation in Management Club.

Our proud representatives also took this chance to share their points of view on many subjects, such as:
•    Business intelligence (BI)
•    overall rate of return
•    sales and operations planning (S&OP)
•    Warehouse Management System (WMS)
•    business process improvement and organizational transformation

For the occasion, our booth sported our new colors to give a taste of our new branding, which will be presented shortly.
