Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering since 1996 and a specialized graduate diploma in industrial engineering obtained in 2000, mister Rioux has over 20 years of experience in consulting services.

Before joining CIM Conseil as vice-president, Performance improvement, he worked in consulting servcies for Ernst & Young from 2010 to the end of 2016 as well as for Le Groupe Créatech from 2001 to 2010. From 1996 to 2001, he held various roles (engineer, supervisor, operations manager and plant manager) for the manufacturing companies A.L. Van Houtte, Premier Tech and Voodoo Technologies.

Mr. Rioux has realized over a hundred of organizational transformation mandates. The nature of the interventions he directed mainly covered the elaboration of strategic plans, the transformation and implementation of operational units, the elaboration and implementation of operational strategies, cost reduction and transformation of business, manufacturing and logistics processes, and this, in several industrial sectors.
