Ms. d’Entremont is a recognized manager with over 30 years of experience in the health and social services network. Throughout her career, she has led major strategic projects involving organizational transformation, technological integration during institutional mergers, strategic planning, and service harmonization. She has the unique ability to combine strategic vision with operational management, enabling her to successfully carry out complex initiatives that tangibly impact organizational efficiency and service improvement for the public.

Prior to joining CIM Consulting in 2024, Ms. d’Entremont served as Assistant Director General of Administrative Support and Performance at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. There, she supervised administrative departments and contributed to defining and implementing the institution’s major strategic orientations. She was also responsible for two key leadership areas: the Innovation Office and Digital Transformation. These roles allowed her to enhance organizational performance and establish the CIUSSS as a leader in adapting to new digital realities and evolving health services.

She previously served as Director of Information Resources, where she led several major digital transformation projects. She defined strategic directions for information technology, data security, and digital governance while ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
