Holder of a technologist diploma in radiation oncology and a master’s in business administration, Mrs. Coudry also holds the Project Mangement Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She has over 30 years of experience in the health sector and has specific expertise in oncology.
Before joining CIM Conseil, Mrs. Coudry held several key roles within the health and social services network, including Director
of the Internal Audit Office and Director of Quality, Evaluation, Organizational Performance and Ethics. Her career path led her to develop her own consulting business. This initiative allowed her to lead multiple projects in the health sector in the province of Quebec and also to extend her practice to the international level.
