Mrs. Faucher has over 20 years of experience in general management and technological project management in the healthcare sector. With CIM Conseil since 2004, she started as senior consultant, senior director and now holds the position of vice-president, Digital transformation.

Holder of a master’s in business administration, with specialization in organizational development, Mrs. Faucher has an extensive knowledge of how health care organizations work. She also holds the PMP certification in project management, a certification in health information management (CPHIMS-CA) as well as a Lean Healthcare Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Experienced manager who has worked in complex work environments such as university hospitals and multi-mission integrated university centers, she took part in planning and coordination of technological projects within a wide variety of fields, covering all sectors of healthcare institutions. 

Mrs. Faucher has an excellent knowledge information technology, systems utilization and integration, and the various business areas of the healthcare sector.
