Nadia Poulin, M.A.P., LSSGB

Senior Director, Performance Improvement, and Partner

Nadia Poulin has 22 years of experience of public service within the federal and provincial public administration. She has over 15 years of experience as manager and senior executive in public sectors, such as the health and social services network. She holds, among others, a master’s in public administration and is pursuing a short postgraduate program towards a public administration doctorate.

At Correctional Service Canada for 14 years, she held different security, rehabilitation, analytical and management functions, including Assistant Director, Management Services, at the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Institution.

Mrs. Poulin then held management positions in the Quebec health network. From 2013 to 2015, at the CSSS des Sommets, she held the position of Senior Advisor to General Management and then Director of Financial, Technical and Information Resources. Then, from 2015 to 2021, she acted as Logistic director for the CISSS des Laurentides.

She has a global vision of all the services of an organization and a strong ability to quickly grasp the issues to identify and implement effective strategies, innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions that respect organizational values.

Mrs. Poulin joined the CIM Conseil team as director, performance improvement, public sector in 2021 and now acts as senior director.
